Product development is conducted under the Advanced Product Quality Plan
philosophy, assuring that every Warn Industries product and service
exceeds customer requirements. Quality is emphasized to the minute
detail throughout development, design, manufacture and follow-up
phases of every product program:
- World class techniques are used by Product Development teams early
in the design process.
- Functional models are made at our in-house Prototyping Facility.
- Extensive testing takes place at Warn Industries' state-of-the-art
test
lab.
- Additional tests are conducted in on-road and off-road situations, as
well
as at our customer test sites.
Only after completion of this rigorous product development process
is the component ready to be manufactured. |
